I have over 20 years of extensive experience in product and service quality management, during which I have travelled to multiple countries, gaining a deep understanding of different cultures and backgrounds. Throughout this process, I not only learned effective communication and collaboration skills but also recognised the necessity of problem-solving to achieve common goals. However, I have also witnessed the impact of stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues on individuals and teams.

These experiences prompted me to turn to studying counselling psychology, with the aim of helping people improve their quality of life. As a counselling psychologist, I find great satisfaction in accompanying others as they explore themselves, achieve personal growth, and enhance their emotional health. Whether it's helping someone address specific issues or providing support during difficult times, I am honoured to have a positive impact on their lives.

Furthermore, my counselling work also offers me abundant opportunities for personal growth and learning. Through studying and interacting with clients, I have gained deeper insights into human behaviour, emotions, and interpersonal relationships. This not only aids my professional work but also enhances my ability to understand and connect with people around me.
